5. Packaging & Security 

• All jewellery is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery. 
• Every shipment is insured until it is delivered to you. Please do not accept delivery if the package is tampered with or damaged.

1. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 15-day easy return on unworn jewellery from the date of delivery. 
• To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by the invoice. 
• Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 4–10 working days (to the original payment method). 
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. 

1. Exchanges

• You can request an exchange within 15 days of purchase for unworn jewellery. 
• Exchange is subject to availability of the product/design. 

1. Lifetime Exchange

• We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on gold and diamond jewellery purchased from us. 
• You can exchange your jewellery anytime in the future for another piece of equal or higher value. 
• Exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing gold/diamond rate after deducting applicable making charges and taxes. 

1. Buyback Policy

• We offer a Buyback Policy on gold and diamond jewellery. 
• Buyback value will be determined as per the current market gold rate, after deducting applicable charges and terms as per company policy. 
• Buyback is not available on silver jewellery, coins, or customized orders.
